Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can review the case.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

The wrong item was received

The item arrived damaged

The order was confirmed as lost in transit by the courier
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Missing Items
If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but items are missing, please contact the courier directly first. In some cases, parcels may be damaged or partially lost during transit.
Please also provide photos of the parcel upon arrival, especially if it was opened or damaged.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Incorrect address provided at checkout

Delays caused by customs, holidays, or courier issues

Orders marked as delivered by the courier

Change of mind after the order has been processed
